Expression Express Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Expression Express app (also published as "Expresión Express", developed by Irraxional Team, "we") uses, what for, and what choices you have.

In short: the app collects no personal data, shows no ads, has no user accounts and sends nothing to our servers (we don't have any).

Data stored on your device

So you can pick up where you left off, the app stores, only on your own device:

• The player names you type in to form the teams.
• Game and app settings (points to win, enabled categories, language, vibration).
• The name you give your phone for the multi-phone mode, and a random identifier the app generates to recognize your phone if it disconnects and reconnects. This identifier is not linked to your identity or to the device hardware.
• A copy of the categories you have bought, so they work offline.

This data never leaves your device, except as described under multi-phone mode.

Multi-phone mode (WiFi)

When you play with several phones, the app talks directly to the other phones on your own local WiFi network, without going through the internet or any server. For the game to work, those phones exchange each phone's name, its random identifier, the player names and the game state. This information is only used during the game and is not stored anywhere else.

In-app purchases (Google Play)

Some word categories are unlocked with a one-time purchase. Purchases are made through Google Play, which handles payment under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment details, name or email: the app only receives from Google Play which products you have bought, in order to unlock them.

Advertising and analytics

The app shows no ads and includes no analytics or tracking tools.

Permissions the app requests

• Network access: to connect phones in multi-phone mode and to check and make purchases on Google Play.
• Google Play billing: for in-app purchases.
• Vibration: for vibration cues during the game and when it's your turn.

Data retention and deletion

All data is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app or clear its data from Android settings, it is deleted completely. Purchases stay linked to your Google Play account and come back when you reinstall the app.

Children

Expression Express is not specifically directed at children under 13 and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version at this same address with a revised date.
